Shaykh Babikir’s visit to Pakistan was one of Karvaan-e-Amn’s first major engagements in Pakistan. The main aim was to physically connect with Pakistan’s ulema and find out first hand what role Karvaan-e-Amn could play to support religious figures in the country struggle to push back the shadow of extremism.

Shaykh Babikir and the Karvaan-e-Amn team found a deep desire amongst religious leaders in Pakistan to work with scholars from the wider ummah to further Islam’s message of peace, tolerance and social justice.
